1. About Miru
Miru is a habit tracker and reflection app that helps users log habits, tasks, books and daily scores, and provides insights based on data entered into the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use Miru in your jurisdiction. If you are below the age required to enter into a binding agreement where you live, you may use Miru only with appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. License to use the app
Miru grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and any applicable platform rules.

- use the app in a way that interferes with its operation

4. User content
You are responsible for the information you enter into Miru, including habits, tasks, notes, books and daily reflections. You retain ownership of your content, subject to any rights needed for Miru to operate and provide its services.
5. Subscriptions
Some features of Miru may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription through Apple:
- payment will be charged to your Apple account
- the subscription may renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period
- you can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings
Prices and subscription terms may change in the future where permitted by law and platform rules.
6. Free and premium features
Miru may offer some features for free and reserve other features for paid subscribers. Features may change over time.
7. No medical or professional advice
Miru is provided for self-tracking, reflection and informational purposes only. Miru does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic or professional advice. You should not rely on Miru as a substitute for professional care, diagnosis, treatment or advice.
8. Availability and changes
Miru may be updated, modified, suspended or discontinued in whole or in part at any time. Miru is not guaranteed to be continuously available, error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Intellectual property
Miru, including its name, branding, design, software and original content, is owned by Miru or licensed to Miru and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Privacy
Your use of Miru is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miru is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miru will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the app.
13. Termination
Miru may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or the app is misused. You may stop using Miru at any time.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
15. Changes to these terms
